Okay it's not the ice cream, no..sorry guys, if you want that you'll have to tell me. Just experimenting with outfits and poses and stuff, yes he does have a barcode...which makes me think of ice cream yet again, so yeah, the rain is outside a window or something, thus why it's not hitting him, oh forget it make up your own story.
